Bordered by Alcosta Boulevard to the East and South, the Iron Horse Trail to the West, and Pine Valley Road to the North, our great little neighborhood consists of approximately 100+ homes. A few Builders participated in this great subdivision over ten years, finishing with Shapell Industries. Currently our homes are selling, on average, for approximately $430 per square foot. With exceptions, of course depending on location and upgrades.

    Well, the big news of course is the talk about the New Owners of San Ramon Golf Club, and any plans they might have that could affect our values. There have been rumors that they plan on launching an effort to develop some, or all, of the course by building homes and/or condos on the land.
